So we shoot multiple macro angles for every stone over $10 (aiming to cover all someday)—to show you exactly what you’ll get. Shooting costs a lot (way more than free returns), but it’s the right way to give you real value. To further protect your pieces, we also custom 3D-print a biodegradable storage box tailored exactly to your specific order combination. Why no free returns? It’d break our photo budget, plus create waste (emissions, packaging, energy). And because your 3D-printed box is uniquely made for your items, returning it means it becomes pure waste.
