Furthermore, we treat your order with the utmost care by providing a custom 3D-printed biodegradable packaging box, tailored exactly to your specific combination of items. Because this packaging is personalized just for you, it cannot be reused if returned. To protect our planet and reduce carbon emissions, we warmly encourage thoughtful shopping. However, if your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please don’t worry—we stand behind our products and will make it right for you immediately.

3. Return Scenarios & Support

We are here to help if things don’t go as planned. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package for the following situations:

  • Required Materials: Order number, photos/videos of the damaged outer packaging and the damaged items inside.
  • How We Help: We will provide a free product replacement (including a new custom box) or a full refund.

3.2 Incorrect Item Shipped

  • Required Materials: Order number and photos of the received items/box.
  • How We Help: We will bear the return shipping cost and send the correct product along with a new packaging box for free, or process a full refund based on your preference.

3.3 Quality Issues

  • Required Materials: Order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • How We Help: Free return and refund, product replacement, or reasonable compensation determined together with you.

4. Easy Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos to our support team at 5elementslink@gmail.com.
  2. Get Authorization: We will review your email within 3 working days and provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Ship It Back: Please return the product together with its original 3D-printed box to the designated address within 3-5 working days.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Once we receive the package, we will inspect it within 3 working days and immediately process your refund, exchange, or compensation.

5. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider (such as PayPal or credit card companies) may require an additional 1-3 working days to post the funds to your account.

Because our 3D-printed boxes are uniquely tailored to your specific order combination, returns for non-quality reasons (such as simply changing your mind) result in pure waste that harms the environment. We kindly ask for your understanding that we process such requests on a case-by-case basis, and they may be subject to a deduction for the custom packaging costs.
