2. How We Display & Ship Our Products

To help you understand exactly what you are buying, we use clear display standards for gemstone items, silver findings, DIY components, and packaging.

2.1 Natural Stone Beads, Freeform Pieces & Carvings

  • $10+ Exact Item Photos: For gemstone items priced at $10 or above, you receive the exact piece shown in the photos. Choose the corresponding number, and you’ll get a 100% match in shape, texture, and visible details. Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
  • Under $10 Quality Match: For gemstone items under $10, we select a piece from the same variety, quality grade, and size shown in the photos. Natural differences in pattern, texture, and color may occur. If you want the exact piece shown, we recommend choosing an item priced at $10 or above.

2.2 Silver Findings & DIY Components

Silver findings and standardized DIY components are displayed by style, material, size, and craftsmanship. Minor handmade polishing marks or natural finishing variations may occur, but the item you receive should match the display images in style and function.

2.3 Pre-Drilled & Ready to Use

All natural gemstone beads, freeform pieces, and carvings are pre-drilled. Silver findings are designed with stringing holes or loops, so they are ready to use with your DIY bracelet designs. For round gemstone beads, a single straight hole is drilled through the center by default. For freeform pieces and carvings, the hole position will be clearly stated in the product description when needed.

3. Custom 3D-Printed Eco Box

Each order includes a custom-fit storage box, 3D-printed with eco-friendly PLA material. The inner grooves are designed around the actual beads, silver findings, tags, and DIY components in your order, helping each piece stay neatly in place instead of shifting around. The box comes with a lid, protects your items in transit, and can be reused for long-term DIY storage.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

Because each order may include a custom 3D-printed storage box, preparation can begin shortly after payment is completed.

  • Cancel within 24 hours: If your order has not entered fulfillment, you may request cancellation for a full refund.
  • Cancel after 24 hours: If preparation, packing, or custom box printing has already started, cancellation may not always be possible. If approved, reasonable material or labor costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

5. Pricing & Secure Payment

  • Currency: We may support multiple currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, and others. Currency conversion and final deduction amounts may depend on your payment provider, card issuer, or wallet settings.
  • Payment Methods: We securely process payments through third-party payment providers, including PayPal, major international credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available methods.
  • Payment Security: We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiration details on our servers.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on $99+: Orders over $99 include free worldwide shipping with no extra import fees upon delivery.
  • Priority Air Upgrade: Orders over $199 automatically upgrade to Priority Air Shipping.
  • Transit Time: Transit usually takes 5–14 days after dispatch, though carrier or customs delays may occur. Order preparation time may vary depending on product availability and custom 3D-printed storage box preparation.
  • Delivery Availability: We ship to most countries and regions served by our logistics partners. If a destination address cannot be delivered by the available carrier network, we will contact you before shipping to discuss alternatives, such as changing the address, using another available shipping method, or cancelling the order for a refund.

7. Returns & Refunds (Summary)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please review product photos and details before ordering, as natural stones may vary in color, pattern, and texture.

  • 14-Day Easy Returns: Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All product images, macro photos, website content, product descriptions, designs, and brand materials are owned by 5ElementsLink or used with permission. Please do not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you share your purchases, DIY designs, photos, comments, or stories with us, you grant us permission to feature that submitted content on our website, social media, emails, or other official channels to inspire other customers, unless you ask us not to use it.
