2. How We Display & Ship Our Products

To ensure you know exactly what you are getting, we have set clear display standards for our three product categories:

2.1 Natural Stone Beads & Freeform Carvings

  • Items ≥ $10: We follow a strict “One Item, One Photo” rule. The exact piece you see in the detailed macro photos is the exact piece you will receive. Every texture and color shift is uniquely yours.
  • Items < $10: Shipped randomly from the same high-quality batch. While the specifications are identical, please expect slight natural variations in texture and color—this is the magic of natural stones!

2.2 Silver Accessories (925 Sterling / 999 Fine Silver)

These are handcrafted, standardized pieces. The item you receive will perfectly match the display images in style, material, and craftsmanship (minor handmade polishing marks are normal and add to their charm).

3. Your Exclusive Custom 3D-Printed Box

Every order comes with a biodegradable 3D-printed storage box, crafted from Bambu Lab’s eco-friendly materials. We don’t just pick a box off a shelf; we custom-design the groove layout based on the exact diameter of your beads, the shape of your carvings, and the size of your silver pieces. It’s designed to protect your unique combination and serve as a permanent, safe home for your items.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

Because of the highly customized nature of our 3D-printed boxes, our production process begins shortly after your payment is completed:

  • Cancel within 24 hours: Full refund, no questions asked.
  • Cancel after 24 hours: At this point, the custom 3D printing process has already begun. Since the box is tailored specifically to your items, we may deduct a small material and labor fee (maximum 5% of your order amount) from your refund. We appreciate your understanding!

5. Pricing & Secure Payment

  • Multi-Currency: We support multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.). Prices include applicable VAT. The final deduction depends on the real-time exchange rate of your payment provider.
  • Payment Methods: We securely process payments via PayPal and major international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
  • Disputes: While you have the right to file disputes under laws like the U.S. FCBA, we kindly ask that you email us first at 5elementslink@gmail.com. We are humans behind this screen, and we promise to resolve any issue fairly and quickly within 3 working days.

6. Shipping Policy

We believe everyone deserves access to the earth’s beauty without crazy shipping fees:

  • Standard Free Shipping: All orders over $99 enjoy free, tax-free worldwide shipping.
  • Priority Express Upgrade: Orders over $199 automatically receive a free upgrade to Priority Express Delivery.
  • Timeframe: Transit usually takes 5-14 working days (including the time to custom 3D-print your box). Please note that occasional customs delays may occur. All packages are fully trackable.

7. Returns & Refunds (Summary)

We want you to shop thoughtfully and love your stones. Because our 3D-printed packaging is customized specifically for your order, returned boxes become pure waste, harming the environment.

  • Quality or Transit Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately (free replacement, new custom box, or full refund) without any hassle.
  • Non-Quality Returns: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding personalized goods, returns for non-quality reasons (like simply changing your mind) are strongly discouraged as they create unnecessary carbon emissions and waste. We review such requests case by case, and they may be subject to a deduction for the custom packaging costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All product images, macro shots, and website content are owned by 5ElementsLink. Please do not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. However, we absolutely love it when you share your purchases and DIY designs on personal social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)! If you share your designs with us, you grant us permission to feature your beautiful work on our official pages to inspire others.

9. Resolving Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We prefer to solve things like friends through our official email (5elementslink@gmail.com). If you are an EU user and feel we haven’t resolved things fairly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

5ElementsLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your order. (This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct.)
