1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products on this website. Placing an order confirms that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Product Shipping Rules

Our products are divided into three categories, with corresponding shipping rules:

2.1 Natural Stone Beads

  • Price ≥ €10: Adopts the “one item one photo” rule. The product display image corresponds exactly to the actual shipped product, and each item’s texture, color, and shape are unique natural attributes.
  • Price < €10: Products of the same quality, type, size, and price are shipped randomly. Products are standardized with the same specifications, and slight differences in natural texture/color may exist.

2.2 Freeform Carved Pieces

Shipping rules are the same as natural stone beads (price ≥ €10: one item one photo; price < €10: random shipping)

2.3 Silver Accessories (925 Sterling Silver / 999 Fine Silver)

Regardless of price, all products are shipped according to the display image. They are standardized handicrafts, and the shipped product is consistent with the display image in style, material, and craftsmanship.

3. Custom 3D-Printed Packaging Box Description

Each order is equipped with an exclusive custom 3D-printed packaging box:

  • We will exclusively design the groove layout based on the specific information of each product in the order (such as the diameter of natural stone beads, the irregular shape of freeform carved pieces, and the style and size of silver accessories) to ensure each product can be firmly embedded in an independent fixed groove.
  • The packaging box is printed with official environmentally friendly materials from Bambu Lab, featuring both storage and fixation functions as well as reusability for long-term product storage.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • After payment is completed, the order is automatically confirmed and enters the process (including the design and production of the custom 3D-printed packaging box). The process will start within 24 hours after payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is insufficient inventory, suspected fraud, or other circumstances in accordance with legal provisions. If the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original route within 3-5 working days after cancellation. The actual arrival time depends on the payment channel.
  • We will start the exclusive custom production process of the packaging box within 24 hours after order confirmation. If you actively cancel the order:
    1. Cancel within 24 hours after order confirmation: No need to bear the packaging box production cost;
    2. Cancel after 24 hours of order confirmation (i.e., the packaging box production process has started): Need to bear the packaging box production cost (calculated based on Bambu Lab material purchase price and 3D printing labor cost, with a maximum of 5% of the order amount. The actual cost will fluctuate according to the quantity/size of order products).

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All product prices support multi-currency display and payment, including EUR, USD, GBP, etc., and the price includes applicable VAT;
  • The exchange rate for multi-currency settlement is based on the real-time exchange rate of the payment service provider (PayPal/LianLian Global), and the final deduction amount is subject to your payment account statement;
  • We support PayPal and international credit card payment (including common international payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay, Apple Pay), and you can choose the payment method according to your needs;
  • If you pay by credit card, you may dispute a bill for undelivered products or products that are significantly inconsistent with the order description with your credit card issuer within 60 days of the bill date in accordance with the U.S. Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). Before filing a dispute, we recommend contacting us via the official exclusive email to resolve the issue. We will respond and cooperate with the verification within 3 working days.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Duty-Free and Free Shipping Rule: For global orders with a total amount of €199 (or equivalent in other currencies), duty-free and free shipping services are available, and the buyer does not need to bear any customs duties or other fees.
  • Shipping Timeframe: 5-14 working days (including the production time of the custom 3D-printed packaging box; delays may occur due to customs clearance processes).
  • Shipping Method: Uses traceable international courier services. You will receive a logistics tracking number after the order is shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Rules (Based on Product Characteristics and Legal Provisions)

Pursuant to Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), the following products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal due to their “personalized/customized” nature, with specific rules as follows:

  • Natural Stone Beads/Freeform Carved Pieces ≥ €10 (One Item One Photo): Each item is a unique natural product, and the display image corresponds exactly to the actual product. Returns for non-product-related reasons such as personal preference or aesthetic differences are not accepted;
  • Natural Stone Beads/Freeform Carved Pieces < €10 (Random Shipping): Slight differences in natural texture/color of products with the same specifications are normal attributes. Returns due to such differences are not accepted;
  • Silver Accessories: These are standardized handicrafts, and process details (such as slight polishing marks) are normal production attributes. Returns due to such detail differences are not accepted;
  • The custom 3D-printed packaging box is an exclusive accessory for the order (customized based on order products) and must be returned with the product when returning;
  • For returns not caused by the seller (such as personal preference differences), the return shipping cost shall be borne by the consumer.(Legal Basis: EU CRD Article 16: Personalized or tailor-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal)

7.2 Acceptable Return Scenarios

Returns are only accepted for the following product-related issues:

  • Shipping Damage: If the product or custom packaging box is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged outer packaging and unpacked damage (including the order number) within 7 days of receipt and send them to 5elementslink@gmail.com. We will replace the product/reproduce the packaging box or provide compensation based on the actual situation;
  • Incorrect Product Shipped: If the actual shipped product is inconsistent with the order product in type/specification/material, please contact us via email (5elementslink@gmail.com) within 7 days of receipt. We will bear the return shipping cost and send the correct product along with a newly produced corresponding packaging box;
  • Non-Natural/Non-Craftsmanship Quality Issues:
    • Natural Stone Products: If there are issues such as breakage or damage caused by manual processing, please send the order number and photos (or videos) of the problem to the above email within 7 days of receipt;
    • Silver Accessories: If there are issues such as inconsistent material, non-craftsmanship deformation/breakage, etc., please send the order number and photos (or videos) of the problem to the above email within 7 days of receipt;We will process the return and refund, replace the product, or provide corresponding compensation for you.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights of product images, product descriptions, and website content on this website are exclusively owned by 5ElementsLink. Without our written permission, you may not use the above content for commercial purposes (such as resale, commercial promotion, product reproduction, etc.); non-commercial social media sharing by individuals (such as personal sharing on platforms like Instagram, TikTok) is not restricted;
  • The intellectual property rights of DIY design plans and uploaded photos submitted by users remain the property of the users. We (5ElementsLink) obtain a non-exclusive license to display and promote relevant content on this website and official social media platforms (such as Instagram, Pinterest) (the license term is during the product’s sale period) for brand promotion and product case display; users can request to terminate this license via the official email at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • This Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party may apply for mediation with a competent mediation authority at the place of product shipment or file a complaint with the local consumer protection agency; If you are an EU user, you may initiate cross-border dispute mediation through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. 10. Limitation of Liability

5ElementsLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, etc.) arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products on this website. Our maximum liability for compensation shall not exceed the amount of your corresponding order;

This limitation of liability does not apply to the following circumstances:

  • Damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence;
  • Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited under laws such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the U.S. Fair Credit Billing Act;
  • Statutory liability for personal injury or property damage.(Legal Basis: EU Unfair Contract Terms Directive Article 3; Hong Kong Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance: Clauses excluding liability for intentional/gross negligence are invalid)
